- Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items purchased from CocoaBeautyPronie within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be returned with all original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or accessories that came with the product.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items or discounted products are also ineligible for returns unless otherwise specified at the time of the sale.
