  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom and personalized jewelry may require an additional 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.) – 5-10 business days
  • Express Domestic Shipping (U.S.) – 2-5 business days
  • Standard International Shipping – 7-15 business days
  • Express International Shipping – 4-7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (domestic U.S. only).

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • COCOABEAUTYPRONIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will:
    • Reship the package at the customer’s expense.
